The names customers write down

Reviews and testimonials keep naming the same three people. Justin comes up on the build side: C Meyer wrote that after talking to four builders, “Justin and American Pool & Spa were the right fit” for their project, and Karen J. wrote that “Justin and company did an outstanding job designing and installing my pool.” Angie Benton, whose deep end was brought up in under two weeks, calls him Justin “Waggs” Waggoner.

“Cody was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and informative, taking the time to teach me how to operate my pool and maintain the chemical balance correctly.”

Cody’s name is tied to water chemistry; the Richmond office also takes water samples for testing. John is the name on maintenance: Karen J. wrote, “John does an outstanding job with maintenance.” Juliana W. said of the build crew, “Justin is especially patient and knowledgeable.”

From the Richmond yard outward

The office is in Richmond and the work reaches across the Lexington metro: 19 towns from Berea and Danville to Georgetown, Frankfort and Winchester. The six captioned builds on the projects page are logged by model and footprint, the way the crew talks about them.

One of those customers put the pricing posture plainly: they “provided all our options but never pressured us to upgrade or choose the most expensive options.” That is C Meyer, on a fiberglass pool, deck, covered pavilion and garage.
